Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Ronald Bromhead, Manhorner Str. 39, 29303 Lohheide, Germany, Tel.: +49 5051 6647, Email: contact@globalpiping.online) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

According to Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the buyer's right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the provision of digital content if the buyer:

- has expressly consented to the entrepreneur commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

- has confirmed their knowledge that by giving their consent, they will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract

and the seller has provided the buyer with a confirmation in accordance with Section 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB).
